Geneva joined the Customer Service Advisor team in February 2026 and earned her insurance license shortly after.
She previously spent over 15 years in the real estate industry and was a licensed Realtor. Originally from Texas, she moved to Indiana and was referred to the Dean Ballenger Agency by friends for her insurance needs. She started as a client before joining the team! Outside of work, Geneva loves being outdoors, attending music festivals, and spending time with friends, family, and her rescue dog, Lola. She also enjoys yoga and lives by the motto “get up and get moving!”
What does she have in common with Dean: They both share a strong faith and Love for the Lord Jesus.
Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
