Every day our agency team wakes up ready to deliver the WOW Factor! We love helping newly referred clients find competitively priced coverages, and we enjoy connecting with realtors and mortgage partners to find the right coverage at prices that help meet loan requirements. Anytime we can help friends and families find better coverage for less, it’s a win! This past year we were truly wowed back, and we want to thank everyone for all your referrals.
And WOW, what a year! In 2022, we enjoyed the most referrals and clients we’ve ever helped in one year. We received more Google reviews and NextDoor mentions than we thought possible. As a team we had the best New Year’s celebration ever when Dean & Laurie showered love and appreciation on us and reminded all of us what delivering the WOW factor truly looks like.
When asked what the agency highlight for 2022 was, every one of our team members referred to the Marriage Event we hosted last May. One team member said it best:
“We collectively saw an impact on our local community as we hosted the 2022 Date Night Marriage Event. Not only did we laugh constantly throughout the night, but we watched as several couples became stronger throughout the evening and following the event. Our agency is passionate about insurance, but family is such a core value of ours that as we witness marriages experience healing we can’t help but be super grateful.”

JARED
I am not a handy man at all, but in 2022 I replaced the headlight and the side mirror for our RAV4 which felt great!
LAURIE
Oh wow, so many! Well, in no particular order … the arrival of Lincoln, our 2nd grandson … Dean and my 40th wedding anniversary trip to Tahiti … Lawrence, Sarah, & Grace moving to Colorado … my sister receiving a new liver … and of course, my decision to retire at the end of 2022 (even though I didn’t retire until the very beginning of 2023).
KEN
My 2022 highlights included celebrating 30 years of marriage, and also finding out we’re expecting our second grandchild. Being a Papa is the best gig in the world!
HANNAH
My personal highlight from 2022 would be the surprise ten-year anniversary trip Austin & I took to Denver. It was our first real vacation in years, and it was perfect!
CHRISTIAN
Kolby started playing tee ball this year. I’ve always looked forward to the day I could help coach him and watch him get started in sports.
JACKI
My personal highlight this year would be my husband & I buying our first house and turning it into our home. We love our neighbors and community that we are surrounded by and we are filled with gratitude.
DEAN
2022 started with the amazing surprise of a newly adopted grandson in January, then led to one of the busiest years I can remember.
Our largest customer appreciation home show attendance in February was 250+, followed up in March with our 40th wedding anniversary. Laurie & I married at 19, and I was a PFC in the Marine Corps. We had no room in the budget for travel, yet we still made it without a honeymoon. So we called it our “40 years in the making honeymoon” to Tahiti.
The agency hosted its first ever marriage event in May, and God showed up in many ways. We shared laughs with those who needed laughs, and got to help couples who needed a little more than laughs by covering the cost of a weekend away so they could work to improve their marriage.
Along came June, and we got our office flag pole installed on Flag Day, June 14th. The Boy Scouts raised our first flag ever to fly at the agency. This was the largest turnout for our annual Flag Day cookout/open house event, with around 250 people showing up to support us. We were also able to give away 100 new flag sets!
We finished the year with a fantastic November and December, with a record number of referrals each month. This contributed to the most significant amount of growth in a single year. We were able to add another employee, Jacki, who has been a great addition to the team.
Most importantly, we finally saw what felt like everyone returning to church as expected, and an incredible number of new people started coming.
2022 will go down as one of my favorite years!
