At the agency, we wear Red every Friday as a way to Remember Everyone Deployed.  This month we will add another day to wear red, for Heart Health Awareness.

Heart health awareness is more than just knowing the signs of a heart attack or knowing CPR.  Making sure your heart is healthy requires a look into your overall health. Your lifestyle can play a big role in your heart health: weight, activity level, diet, stress, and much more.
